SECURE is the oldest IT security conference in Poland. Every year current issues concerning security matters of IT systems and networks are discussed there. For more then 10 years the conference has been organized by CERT Polska team, acting within NASK. Since 2005 - also by European Network and Information Security Agency (ENISA), an agency providing advice to the European Commission and UE Member States in the areas of IT network security.
In this year's program we make use of the experience of specialist from CERT Polska at NASK and foreign response teams - members of the international Forum of Incidents Response and Security Teams (FIRST). Expected are also experts from other leading CERT-type teams, as well as from the ENISA. Scheduled are also presentations selected through a call for papers procedure.
The conference structure and programme is specifically aimed at: senior managers directly charged with protecting their corporate infrastructure, technical experts who determine security requirements and implement solutions, policy and decision makers with overall security responsibility, Legal/Compliance/Regulatory professionals who work with policy and decision makers in establishing security policies, government executives and practitioners who are responsible for protecting systems and critical infrastructures. The main topic of this year conference will be responsible internet traffic filtering related to the most dangerous internet threats as well ass blocking internet illegal content resources.
The SECURE 2009 is supported with the Honorary Patronage of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.
